Your transfer stays arranged if your flight changes.
If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, we keep a vehicle waiting or arrange another unless you cancel. Flight waiting and cancellation are always free.
Pay after your transfer is complete.
No prepayment. Payment is made after the transfer is complete; we do not charge for a service you have not received. You can request cash (TRY/EUR), bank transfer for local customers, or PayPal or crypto for international customers when booking.
You may only need transport and prefer to explore the site independently. However, during inspections we encounter at places such as Ephesus and Pamukkale, our transfer vehicle is treated as a tour vehicle when it enters the archaeological site, and a licensed tourist guide is required on board. A guide fee can therefore arise even when you only request transport.
If you do not want a guided tour, we can offer another option: we take you to an agreed meeting point near the site. From there, you take a local yellow taxi to the visitor entrance and explore independently. After your visit, you return by taxi to our meeting point, and we provide your return transfer.
This option may cost less than a guided service, particularly for a small number of passengers. Before you decide, we explain the transfer price, the separate taxi cost and the waiting arrangements for our vehicle, so you can compare the total cost of both options.

Flight delay
No extra charge, no limit. We track your flight and the driver comes for the real landing time, not the scheduled one. Whether the delay is thirty minutes or four hours, the price stays the same and the car is there. When you land, turn on your phone: our message with the pillar photo is waiting.
Cancellation and changes
Free, with no time limit. We take no prepayment, so there is nothing to lose if your plans change. Cancel or move the date with a WhatsApp message; a message is all we ask, even at the last minute.
Flight cancelled
We plan a new car for your new flight, same route, same price. Send the new flight number; the old booking costs you nothing.
No-show
We charge nothing. You missed the flight, plans changed and you could not let us know: there is no fee. A message when you get the chance is appreciated so the driver can be released.
Waiting
Free and unlimited. Late luggage, a long passport queue, a lost-and-found visit: the driver waits. Vehicles cannot stand in front of the terminal, so the driver checks the labelled pickup point outside the terminal at regular intervals; see the meeting point guides for the exact procedure if we cannot reach you by phone.
Payment
No prepayment. Payment is made after the transfer is complete; we do not charge for a service you have not received. You can request cash (TRY/EUR), bank transfer for local customers, or PayPal or crypto for international customers when booking.
Price
Per vehicle, fixed in writing before departure. The same for up to 7 passengers and 6 suitcases; no night, weekend or season surcharge. The EUR price is the source; the TRY figure follows the exchange rate of 2026-10-07, rounded up to the next 250 TRY. The price confirmed at booking does not change on the day.
On the road
Breaks on request, free, without limit. Stops along the way (pharmacy, supermarket, hospital; archaeological visits are planned separately) are free up to 60 minutes where the road and parking allow; longer stays are hourly hire at 30 € per hour (booked as hire, it covers the airport transfer too). Child seats are free, up to 3 on request. Pets are welcome as long as the car is not damaged. Surfboards, bicycles, golf bags and prams travel at no extra cost. Some of our drivers speak fluent English. Request an English-speaking driver when booking; availability is confirmed before booking.
Languages and accessibility
We write in Turkish and English directly; other languages via a translation app, without delay. Some drivers speak fluent English; the meeting works by photo and plate number, so you reach the car without a word. A folded wheelchair fits in the luggage space and the driver helps with boarding and bags; tell us at booking if a passenger cannot walk unaided.
Booking flow
The day before, after 19:00, you receive the vehicle and driver details. Plate number, driver name and phone; the driver then contacts you for a final check. Before you land you have a photo of the labelled pickup point outside the terminal. For the flight home we calculate the pickup time so that you are at the airport 120 minutes before a domestic flight and 180 minutes before an international one.
One agreed total. No surprise charges.
The agreed price is the all-inclusive total for the vehicle and services confirmed at booking. If you request an additional motorway, special food or drinks, or another extra service, we explain the cost before booking or during the ride and proceed only at your request and with your approval.

We agree the vehicle type before booking and quote accordingly. Our operations team contacts you again one day before your transfer and shares the assigned vehicle and driver details. You can check photos of your vehicle before your transfer.

If your flight is delayed or postponed, we keep a vehicle waiting or arrange a new one unless you cancel. No matter how long we wait for your flight, there is no waiting charge. Cancellation is free under all circumstances.
