A name sign is available on request: the vehicle parks in the car park and you walk there with your luggage after meeting your greeter. International arrivals: extra €10.
Not included: the toll on routes with an optional motorway (shown separately in the table), guide fees, site parking and admission for separately arranged archaeological visits, hourly hire (30 €/hour; stops along the way free up to 60 minutes). These extras are provided only at your request and with your approval of the cost.
Where do we meet at the airport?
The pillars outside the terminal are marked with letters and numbers. Before landing, you receive driver details, the plate number and a pickup-point photo.
Domestic arrivals: leave through Exit Gate A and turn left. The pillar labelled A4 is our suggested pickup point. International arrivals: leave through Exit Gate B and cross the pedestrian crossing. The pillar labelled C35 is our suggested pickup point. Once outside, send the driver your pillar label or a photo. The vehicle waits outside the airport and normally reaches you in about 3 minutes; check the plate.
Vehicles cannot wait outside the terminal, especially at international arrivals. This pickup avoids the walk to the car park, which can be difficult with many bags or reduced mobility.
A name sign is available on request: the vehicle parks in the car park and you walk there with your luggage after meeting your greeter. International arrivals: extra €10.

TÜRSAB is the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, Türkiye Seyahat Acentaları Birliği. Its member agency search lets you look up an agency by name or document number. The website verification option on the same page lets you check which agency is associated with a sales website.
The Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism provides an official travel agency search. It can be searched by agency name, commercial name, document number, agency group and document status. The Ministry register and TÜRSAB member search are separate official checks.

The sales website and registered agency have different names within this ownership structure. When checking another provider, verify its connection to the record; a displayed logo or number alone is not enough.

Check the agency record through official sources. A TÜRSAB vehicle plate and a TÜRSAB-certified copy of the travel agency operating licence are both listed among the required transfer documents; neither replaces the other. The rules also list the passenger list, transfer representative ID and, for rented vehicles, a copy of the rental contract.
What is the difference between D2 and U-ETDS?
D2 authorises the carrier to provide non-scheduled domestic commercial passenger transport; it does not replace a travel agency operating licence. Our transport is provided under D2 through a contracted carrier. A U-ETDS journey record shows journey, vehicle, staff and passenger reporting; it is not the D2 authorisation certificate itself.

What if my flight is delayed?
Your transfer stays arranged if your flight changes. If your flight is delayed or postponed, we keep a vehicle waiting or arrange a new one unless you cancel. No matter how long we wait for your flight, there is no waiting charge. Cancellation is free under all circumstances. Details →

Are Izmir Airport, Adnan Menderes Airport and ADB the same airport?
Yes. ADB is the airport code for Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. Send your flight number and arrival terminal when booking so we can confirm the meeting point.
How do I book?
Send your date, flight number, number of passengers and address on WhatsApp. We confirm the price in writing; no prepayment, no card details, no form. Before you land you receive the driver details and a photo of the pillar.
Any extra costs: tolls, flight delays, other surprises?
No. Motorway and bridge tolls, waiting, flight tracking, child seats and refreshments are included; delays cost nothing extra. The only exceptions are the optional motorway toll on a few routes (Denizli, for example), shown separately in the table, and the guide and parking fees for separately arranged archaeological visits; both are written on the page before you book.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The price confirmed in writing at booking does not change on the day: no meter, no traffic or night surcharge. The EUR price is the source; the TRY figure follows the rate of 2026-10-07.
Domestic or international arrival: does it matter?
Pickup is outside the terminal: domestic arrivals at pillar A4, international arrivals at pillar C35. Request an indoor name-board greeting when booking; you then walk with the greeting staff and your luggage to the car park. We explain the conditions and any cost before confirming the total price.
I land late at night. Is there a car?
Yes; we work 24/7 and there is no night surcharge. Because we track your flight, the driver comes for the real landing time whatever the hour.
We are a large group with a lot of luggage.
Up to 7 passengers and 6 suitcases travel in one vehicle at one price. Larger groups get the 16-seat Mercedes Sprinter; send the number of people and bags and we plan the right vehicle.
Do you carry surfboards, bicycles or prams?
Yes, at no extra cost; bulky items travel only in a transfer vehicle. Tell us in the booking what you bring.
Does the driver speak English?
Some of our drivers speak fluent English. Request an English-speaking driver when booking; availability is confirmed before booking. The meeting is based on a photo and the plate number, so you reach the car without needing to talk.
Can I have an invoice?

Why might a guide fee apply if we only want transport to a site?
At site-entry checks we encounter at places such as Ephesus and Pamukkale, our commercial transfer vehicle is treated as a tour vehicle and a licensed tourist guide is required on board. This concerns how our vehicle service is assessed, even when you only ask for transport and wish to explore independently.
Can we visit independently and meet the transfer vehicle afterwards?
If you prefer to explore independently, we can take you to an agreed meeting point outside the archaeological site. You continue to the visitor entrance by a local yellow taxi, visit on your own, and return by taxi to our meeting point for your return transfer. We agree the meeting point, taxi costs and vehicle waiting arrangements before booking. This may cost less than a guided service for a small party.
