Your transfer stays arranged if your flight changes.
If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, we keep a vehicle waiting or arrange another unless you cancel. Flight waiting and cancellation are always free.
Pay after your transfer is complete.
No prepayment. Payment is made after the transfer is complete; we do not charge for a service you have not received. You can request cash (TRY/EUR), bank transfer for local customers, or PayPal or crypto for international customers when booking.
What does a private airport transfer include?
The vehicle leaves for you only: no other passengers are picked up, there are no intermediate stops, the time is your flight's time and the destination is your door. That is the difference from a shared shuttle; the difference from a taxi is that the price is in writing before departure, the flight is tracked and waiting is free.
Your transfer vehicle and driver
A factory passenger-version Mercedes Vito (7 passengers, 6 suitcases), 9+1 registration, D2 transport permit, passenger insurance; every ride registered in U-ETDS. Drivers hold a D1 licence, SRC certificate and psychotechnical report. VIP service includes non-alcoholic drinks, TV and a sound system; breaks whenever you want, free.
Private transfer price
Per vehicle, fixed by route, the same for up to 7 passengers. No night, weekend or season surcharge; no prepayment; cancellation and changes are free. Bulky items such as surfboards, bicycles and prams travel at no extra cost; tell us in the booking and we plan the Mercedes Sprinter if needed.
Fares are per vehicle, one way. The total for your address, vehicle and requested extras is confirmed before booking.

TÜRSAB is the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, Türkiye Seyahat Acentaları Birliği. Its member agency search lets you look up an agency by name or document number. The website verification option on the same page lets you check which agency is associated with a sales website.
The Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism provides an official travel agency search. It can be searched by agency name, commercial name, document number, agency group and document status. The Ministry register and TÜRSAB member search are separate official checks.
- The TÜRSAB page opens in Turkish. Enter 13692 in Belge No (document number), or search for VELEROS TRAVEL AGENCY. To check the sales website, select Web site adresi ile seyahat acentası doğrulama (verify an agency by website address) and use transferiste.com.
- On the Ministry page, enter 13692 in Belge Numarası (document number) and select Ara (Search). Acenta Unvanı is the registered agency name; Ticari Unvanı is the commercial name; Belge Durumu means document status. Check these fields in the result.
Match agency name VELEROS TRAVEL AGENCY, document number 13692 and commercial name ALTARES TURİZM TAŞ. GIDA SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.. The sales website and registered agency have different names within this ownership structure. When checking another provider, verify its connection to the record; a displayed logo or number alone is not enough.
These links let you check official agency records. They do not independently verify the transport authorisation or insurance for every vehicle or guarantee each journey, and they are not a government service guarantee. The agency search link is not presented as a website-specific DDS verification badge or certificate. Request carrier, vehicle and insurance documents separately when booking.
Check the agency record through official sources. A TÜRSAB vehicle plate and a TÜRSAB-certified copy of the travel agency operating licence are both listed among the required transfer documents; neither replaces the other. The rules also list the passenger list, transfer representative ID and, for rented vehicles, a copy of the rental contract.
What is the difference between D2 and U-ETDS?
D2 authorises the carrier to provide non-scheduled domestic commercial passenger transport; it does not replace a travel agency operating licence. Our transport is provided under D2 through a contracted carrier. A U-ETDS journey record shows journey, vehicle, staff and passenger reporting; it is not the D2 authorisation certificate itself.
