Vehicle type is confirmed when booking.

The vehicle is reserved for your passengers and is not shared with other bookings. We take you from the agreed pickup point to your hotel, home or address. Vehicle type and passenger and luggage capacity are confirmed before booking.

The selected route fare is the reference; address and vehicle are confirmed.

Your transfer stays arranged if your flight changes.

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, we keep a vehicle waiting or arrange another unless you cancel. Flight waiting and cancellation are always free.

Pay after your transfer is complete.

No prepayment. Payment is made after the transfer is complete; we do not charge for a service you have not received. You can request cash (TRY/EUR), bank transfer for local customers, or PayPal or crypto for international customers when booking.

Mercedes Vito: the VIP transfer option (up to 7 passengers)

Mercedes Vito: 7 passengers, 6 suitcases, 9+1 registration. Mercedes Sprinter: 16 passengers, 12 suitcases, 16+1 registration. Both are factory passenger vehicles, operated under a D2 transport permit with passenger insurance.

  • Capacity: 7 passengers, 6 large suitcases; the price is per vehicle, regardless of the number of people.
  • Fridge: non-alcoholic drinks are included in VIP transfers.
  • Entertainment: 3D sound system, TV and PlayStation; useful for children on long roads.
  • Air conditioning: separate controls for the front and rear cabin.

Mercedes Sprinter: for groups (up to 16 passengers)

For families, company teams and events: 16 passengers, 12 suitcases, passenger version. Same rules as the Vito: built for passengers, D2 permit, insured. Send the number of people and bags; we confirm the vehicle and the price in writing.

Child seats, pets, luggage

  • Child seats: free. One is ready as standard; up to 3 fitted on request (more would leave no room for the parents). Give the child's age in the booking.
  • Pets: welcome; the only condition is that the car is not damaged. Tell us in advance so the driver is prepared.
  • Luggage: 6 large suitcases as standard. Surfboards, bicycles, golf bags, prams and other bulky items travel at no extra cost; tell us and we plan the Sprinter if needed.

Drivers and documents

Our drivers hold a D1 licence, SRC certificate and psychotechnical report, renewed before they expire. Vehicles operate under a D2 permit, every ride is registered in U-ETDS with the passenger's name, and carrier liability and seat accident insurance apply on every trip. Included in every transfer

The price is per vehicle, not per person; no night, weekend or season surcharge. The figure in the table does not change on the road; everything below is included.

  • Fuel
  • Motorway and bridge tolls
  • Passenger insurance (carrier liability + seat accident cover)
  • Luggage: up to 6 suitcases
  • Flight tracking; waiting if delayed
  • Terminal pickup: driver details, registration and a photo of the labelled pickup point sent before landing
  • Door to door: from the pickup point outside the terminal to your hotel, home, villa or pier; no second vehicle
  • Child seat (up to 3 on request)

A name sign is available on request: the vehicle parks in the car park and you walk there with your luggage after meeting your greeter. International arrivals: extra €10.

Not included: the toll on routes with an optional motorway (shown separately in the table), guide fees, site parking and admission for separately arranged archaeological visits, hourly hire (30 €/hour; stops along the way free up to 60 minutes). These extras are provided only at your request and with your approval of the cost.

Vehicles: frequently asked questions

Do 7 people and 6 large suitcases really fit?

Yes; the Mercedes Vito is built for exactly that. More suitcases mean fewer passengers and vice versa; beyond the limit we plan the Sprinter.

What year are the vehicles?

We run a young, recent fleet; we do not print the model year because the fleet is renewed. You see the vehicle together with the plate number at booking.

What is in the car on a long road?

VIP service includes non-alcoholic drinks, TV, PlayStation and a 3D sound system; breaks whenever you want, unlimited and free.

We plan Mercedes Vito for up to 7 passengers and 6 suitcases, or Mercedes Sprinter for up to 16 passengers and 12 suitcases.
