Kuşadası Ege Port to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is 80 km, about 60 min; €55 per vehicle, the same for up to 7 passengers and 6 suitcases. Disembarking for a flight: send the ship's arrival time and we wait at the pier exit. Flying in for the ship: send your flight number, we track the flight and plan around boarding. Cruise luggage is plentiful; the luggage space is built for it, and a Sprinter is available for more.
An Ephesus day for cruise passengers
The ship docks in the morning and leaves in the evening; in between there is time for Ephesus, the House of the Virgin Mary and Şirince. The vehicle collects you at the port, waits all day and returns to the pier at least two hours before departure; we confirm that return time in writing. The rate is 30 € per hour, per vehicle. For a guided Ephesus visit, the reference guide fee is €100 and site parking is €15 per vehicle, separate from transport. Admission tickets are also separate. We confirm the scope and total cost before booking; other sites are quoted separately.

Şirince and the Kuşadası bazaar (no guide needed), Çeşme and Alaçatı (70 min), Izmir's Alsancak and Kemeraltı. Whatever you choose, the vehicle is tied to the return time at the pier; we build the plan around the ship's departure.
Payment and documents
No prepayment; payment at the end of the day in cash (EUR or TRY) or via cryptocurrency or PayPal. The vehicle is a passenger-version Mercedes Vito with a D2 permit and passenger insurance; every ride is registered in U-ETDS, which is why we ask for names and passport numbers.

Where do we meet at the port?
At the passenger exit of Ege Port, outside the terminal building; the driver's name, phone and plate number arrive the day before, and you message when you are out. Vehicles cannot enter the port; it is a short walk.
What if we are late for the ship?
We plan the day so that you are at the port at least two hours before departure and confirm that time in writing; the driver keeps track of it. If the ship docks late, we wait at no charge.
Can we visit Ephesus without a guide?
At site-entry checks we encounter at places such as Ephesus and Pamukkale, our commercial transfer vehicle is treated as a tour vehicle and a licensed tourist guide is required on board. This concerns how our vehicle service is assessed, even when you only ask for transport and wish to explore independently.
If you prefer to explore independently, we can take you to an agreed meeting point outside the archaeological site. You continue to the visitor entrance by a local yellow taxi, visit on your own, and return by taxi to our meeting point for your return transfer. We agree the meeting point, taxi costs and vehicle waiting arrangements before booking. This may cost less than a guided service for a small party.

When should we fly in to catch the ship from Izmir Airport?
The road takes 60 min; a flight landing at least three hours before boarding is safe. Send your flight number and we plan around the landing time; waiting for delays is free.
